In this study, it has been tried to examine the effects of mothers' attitudes toward education and Conditional Education Aid (CEA), and parental involvement in the education of poor children. For this purpose, the opinions of mothers on education, their opinions about CEA and their participation in the education of children were discussed. The survey was conducted with 111 women benefiting from CEA given by Çankaya Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation. The quantitative research method was used in the research and the data were analyzed with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 20 program. In the study, it was found that mothers had positive thoughts for education but that was not reflected on the behavior, CEA is important for supplying with the educational necessities, mothers' knowledge about CEA and parental involvement to the education is inadequate. In this respect, it was understood that the financial possibilities should be improved and mothers' awareness about education should be increased. Based on the results, for children's right to education, recommendations on social policy and social work practices in three main areas, including conditional education aid, awareness of education and parental participation in education are included.
