Bulut Üretim İçin Endüstri 4.0’da Bir Kolektif Farkındalık Sistemi
Abstract
Cloud technology is a new generation information technology that provides the resources and applications for users over the internet. Hence, it is taking an increasingly important position in Industry 4.0 implementations and its utilization rate is increasing. Consequently, one of the most important concepts encountered in the manufacturing industry to increase competitive power is "cloud manufacturing". Cloud manufacturing is a new mode of manufacturing that enables low-cost resource sharing using cloud technologies. The main objective of this study is to create an awareness system within the concept of cloud manufacturing and allocate resources in the most appropriate way for full-time and efficient use of the production processes. Awareness systems help raise the awareness about the activities of participants in different regions. In this scope; a system is designed to gather the diversity and geographical distribution under one roof and to provide a suitable solution to meet the demands of all users.
In the first part of this thesis, system architecture is established by determining the system infrastructure. Use case diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, activity diagrams and interaction diagrams are used in the system design. After analyzes and designs, a web application is implemented in the cloud environment. Two different application domains, a laboratory machines scenario and a construction equipment scenario are used to test the system. In the first domain, laboratory resources of the universities are considered and the

lab resources are provided to the demanding users. In the second domain, services belonging to the construction sector are defined in the system.
The system is then redesigned using object-oriented petri nets and colored petri net models. The main purpose of model design based on colored petri nets is to select the most appropriate model for system performance and to discuss its performance.
The most important advantage of colored petri nets is that they can use the concept of time, which allows performance evaluation to be done. In this context, two models are designed by considering the concepts of material flow, information flow and financial flow in supply chain management. State-space reports containing information about standard behavior characteristics of these two models are examined and an appropriate model is selected. In order to perform analysis based on simulation of the selected model, data related to the performance of the system are collected after the simulations. The states of the model during the simulation are investigated and the reliability of the model is measured by the numerical data generated as a result of the simulation.
By taking a sample scenario, it is seen that simulation based performance analysis can be done with the Petri Net approach. Various examples that can be adapted to other fields are given.
