In today’s world, the absence of firms’ ability to effectively compete in independently apart from the suppliers and the other entities in the supply chain force firms to cooperate with the other members of the value chain. This situation specifies the importance of supply chain integration and the internal integration which is one of its parts in terms of performance evaluation. The aim of this study is to put forth the effect of internal integration among logistics, marketing and production that realize their inter-connected activities as customer centred on perception of time-oriented performance of supply chain. For this purpose, an empiric study was conducted on medium and big scaled manufacturing establishments in Ankara and Istanbul, and Structural Equation Modeling Analysis was applied on the theoretical model formed. The relationship between internal integration and performance was tested by using operational and financial measures in the literatüre, for this reason the perception of the effect of the internal integration on time-oriented performance of supply chain was evaluated in this study. Besides, in order to evaluate the aforementioned relationship, trust and ınformation technologies were used for the first time as far as is known together as mediating variables. According to the results reached in the research, it has been found that the internal integration among logistics, marketing and production affects perception of time-oriented performance of supply chain positively in terms of direct relationship. However, this effect in question is not meaningful when trust and information technologies used as mediating variables. According to the findings, this research is important for the researchers by providing new areas in the Supply Chain Management field, and for the business administrators by showing the effect on the perception of internal integration over performance.
