In addition to that the effects of technology on living conditions, growing population, the devolopment of computer technologies and decrease of energy resources in the world shows its face in the concept of space and construction as ‘Intelligent Buildings’ with awareness of those matters. This process shows that the examination of human (user), space and technology concepts and interaction between each other is necessary. For that purpose, within the scope of this thesis;
In the first chapter; human-space interaction is examined to purpose of determine; what is the concept of space, what is the human-space interaction and how technology affects the concept of space.

In the third chapter; human computer interaction is evaluated in detail with the intend of determine what is the the intelligent building design features and ‘Automation Systems’ which can identifiy as a sub-systems of intelligent building technology. Buildings and building design features, interior design features, building automation systems, building manegement systems are also explained under this chapter. Furthermore, sub-systems integration problems and their vitality and influences on space concept like physical, schematic and comfort level are touched.
In the fourth chapter; two identical intelligent building implementations in the world and Turkey are exemplified. The details of the buildings, interior and exterior design features, technological systems are compared with energy consuption management.
