The present work deals with the reception of the dystopia "Corpus Delicti" by Juli Zeh. Juli Zeh is a committed author of her generation, active both politically and ideologically in society. Additionally, she is a lawyer and serves as a volunteer judge at the Constitutional Court of the state of Brandenburg. She is a versatile contemporary author, and her works have been translated into many languages worldwide. She has received numerous awards. Her novel "Corpus Delicti: A Process" was published in 2009 and was a success worldwide. It was also translated into Turkish and published under the name "Temize Havale." In the novel, the METHOD is the state system, where the state forces its citizens to take preventive health measures, and anything unhealthy is penalized. Juli Zeh's novel "Corpus Delicti" was also widely discussed during the pandemic. This engagement with the pandemic, the regulations imposed worldwide, and their consequences are currently the subject of numerous studies and scholarly publications. This study intends to conduct a discourse analysis of the dystopia "Corpus Delicti." Dystopian elements in the novel were identified, and an analogy with the present, especially the pandemic era, was intended. The analysis follows Foucault's theses on discourses. In this analogy of dystopian elements in the novel, comprehensive internet research was conducted, and only relevant examples were selected from millions of contributions. A comparison with the pandemic era was made based on the investigation.
