INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFECTS OF PROCESS VARIABLES ON PLANT PERFORMANCE IN A METAL OXIDE CONCENTRATOR

The main focus of the study is to observe the effect of method variability applied on enrichment of high clay content oxide lead zinc ore on enrichment process. The application will be carried out in the enrichment facility of ore extracted from Kayseri-Aladağ region. To examine the effects of process variables on system performance, system performance is monitored dynamically by applying controlled change for each variable. During the study, grinding grain size and reagent amounts were selected as target parameters. Daily physical and chemical analyzes around the circuit for each variable parameter is monitored, followed by reactive consumption amount and density measurements. For the analysis data obtained, mass balance studies are carried out each time and the results obtained are tested with statistical analyzes and it is aimed to develop a control methodology in order to minimize the variability on the system.
