High level of radiation produced by proton proton collisions at the European Organization for Nuclear Research-Large Hadron Collider-Compact Muon Solenoid (CERN-LHC-CMS) experiment leads to several damages in the active material of the Hadronic Calorimeter (HCAL) calorimeter and the determination of these damages plays a crucial role in the sensitivity of the experimental measurements. From this point of view, the investigation of the effects of radiation damage on the performance of Hadronic Endcap (HE) calorimeter which is a sub-detector of HCAL has formed the basis of the work. In this context and in the light of the 2016 proton-proton collision data, at the center of mass energy 13 TeV, a time-dependent comparison of energy deposition in calorimeter channel is carried out and the radiation damage is observed by using the events with Z boson in the dimoun decay channels in proton proton collisions at 13 TeV center of mass energy. The obtained coefficients are analyzed by the CMS-HCAL Calibration Group and the results of the analysis are used during the calibration of the CMS detector.
