5E Modeli Destekli Etkileşimli Defterin Öğrencilerin Karışımlar Konusundaki Başarısına, Motivasyon ve Tutuma Etkisi
Özet
The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the Interactive Notebook
applications based on the 5E learning on the high school students in the
understanding of "Mixtures", their academic achievement, motivation for chemistry
lessons and evaluating the opinions of teachers and students on this application.
The study was based on a pre-test post-test experimental design with control
group and content analysis based on qualitative research designs. It was
conducted by receiving the opinions of 516 10th and 12th high school students
attending Anatolian High School in the districts of Ankara province Yenimahalle
and Etimesgut in the 2017-2018 academic year and the opinions of 114 teachers
on the Interactive Notebook. Data collection tools are; "Mixture Achievement Test
(KBT)", "Chemistry Motivation Scale-II (KMÖ)" and "Attitude Scale towards High
School Students' Chemistry Course" were applied as pre-test post-test. In order to
get opinions of teachers and students about the Interactive Notebook, Interactive
Notebook Teacher's Opinion Questionnaire (EDÖGA1) was applied to them and
Interactive Notebook Student Opinion Questionnaire (EDÖGA2) was applied to the
students. The analysis of the quantitative data obtained in the study was carried
out by Mann - Whitney U Test, a non-para metric analysis test, Wilcoxon signed
rank test and t - Test which is a parametric tests. Correlation Analysis was also
performed to determine the relationship between variables. It has also been found
that teachers and students have many positive views on the Interactive
Notebooks.
