Comics are a relatively new kind of narrative art that evolves and evenly changing from past to present. From this thesis point of view, comics have changed and developed their tastes both in terms of narrative methods and from the first periods they emerged.
In the process of developing multiple components of comics, the characteristics of the media in which the final production will be published should be observed from the beginning of the production process. Comic books published in magazines and comics will not have the same narrative methods and techniques as the comic strips in weekly magazines.
And it is clear that thanks to the smart devices that keep a great part of our daily life under control, most of the time, there is a new medium or branch in which comics will be differentiated and developed once again. Since the beginning of 2000s, internet comics, motion books, smart device applications have emerged in the digital application and digital publishing world and producing content such as them; comic artists have also pulled to this new area of self-expression.
In this thesis which is titled “Analysis of Motion Comic Book Development Techniques and Development Stages for a Scenario”, the stages of the comic book are discussed and how they are defined past and how they are defined today. And even when it was researched which approaches were carried out in different periods of history and in different regions of the world, detailed study of motion comics is or is not the last form of comic book. The aim of the course is to measure the relationship between the stages of the scenario, graphic expression language design, illustration and animation.
