This study was conducted as an action research to develop the nursing care bundle for increased intracranial pressure syndrome and to perform the pilot test of the care bundle. The study was carried out in two stages as the development and pilot test of the care bundle. The care bundle was developed in line with the recommendations of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. The draft care bundle was created through a comprehensive literature review and analysis. The evidence from 19 articles was used to create the draft care bundle. Expert opinions were obtained with the Delfi method regarding the draft care bundle. According to the evidence and expert opinions, the care bundle consisting of 5 parameters was created. The pilot test of the study was carried out with 16 nurses between January-April 2022 at the Health Sciences University, Gülhane Training and Research Hospital, Neurosurgery Intensive Care Unit. "Nurse Introductory Information Form", "ICP nursing care bundle checklist", "ICP nursing care bundle compliance evaluation form", "Questionnaire evaluating nurses' opinions on the use of ICP nursing care bundle" were used to collect the data. According to the results of the study, 75% of the nurses were female, the mean age of the nurses was 25.18±1.55, and the lenght of working time in the neurosurgery intensive care unit was 1.71±0.65 years. The mean age were 50.90±18.3 years of the patients who were given nursing care using the care bundle, 51.4% of the patients was female, and the length of stay of the patients in the intensive care unit was 3.09±4.17 days. The compliance rate of the nurses to the care bundle was found 100%. The nurses stated that the nursing care bundle developed for increased intracranial pressure syndrome provides evidence-based, holistic and systematic care. In addition, the nurses stated that the care bundle provided standardization in nursing care practices. The nursing care bundle developed for increased intracranial pressure syndrome is recommended for use in the care of patients who develop or are at risk of intracranial pressure increase syndrome.
