This thesis, which consists of seven sections, is related to the colors that appear in the divans and masnavis written in the 14th and 15th centuries, either directly by narrative or by all kinds of metaphors, and what they tell. In this thesis, the equivalents of some color names have been tried to be revealed. The reason why some colors are used interchangeably has been investigated. In the couplets, white and black people, facts and actions, which are opposite to each other, are discussed. The colors of some emotions expressed and felt by the poets have been determined. The relationships between the emotions handled and the colors detected are explained with the information obtained. The colors of some nations, communities, prophets, religious persons and beings have been determined. Obtained data have been interpreted in line with information and opinions. It has been examined in which color or colors the elements belonging to nature are present. It has been tried to be determined and explained with what colors these elements take place in the poems, what kind of dreams they make the poets dream of, and how they make analogies. The colors of tales, ideals, celebrations, some items used, foods, beverages, some human-specific situations, facts, events and others have been determined. It has been investigated why and how they are in this color. The colors of the sky, the planets, the stars, the heavens, the people in the heavens, the hell and the people in the hell are depicted in the works. The origins of these colors in astrology, religious texts and narratives are mentioned.
