Farklı Yazılım Sistemleri Kullanarak Bir Yolcu Uçağı Panelinin Üretimi İçin Otomatik Perçin Tezgâhı Nc Kodlarının Oluşturulması ve Karşılaştırılması
Abstract
In this study, number of six NC program (11.000 line) were created for production of passenger plane shell by using three different ARM s different software systems. Although the objective is same, each software system is totally different such as coding, post-processing and simulation. Simulations were completed for accurate production. Firstly, 3D modeling and reverse engineering studies were carried out to obtain necessary information. After that rivet data files were created related to coordinate data for number of 3500 rivets. Rivet information were classified with respect to rivet type, diameter, length, process sequences by using determined color codes. Stereo lithography files which contain 3D model information of the shells were prepared. Secondly, NC programming method was developed as first and second stages. Advantages and disadvantages of three different programming software systems were compared.
