Abstract

The movement of biological macro-molecules is very dynamic due to their st-ructural evolution and interaction with other molecules. Atomic force microscopesare used to obtain images at nanometer and sub nanometer ranges. Non contactatomic force microscopy studies providing the observation of biological samplesat high resolution, accuracy and speed are in progress.
