Düşük Faz Gürültülü Osilatör Tasarımı
Abstract
At this work, a low phase noise voltage controlled oscillator designed and implemented. The purpose of this work is to design a low phase noise voltage controlled oscillator which has 2.8 GHz center frequency 200 MHz bandwidth with making calculations and simulations, to implement the design and to make the performance measurements. Common collector Colpitts Oscillatör topology and parallel (LC) resonator is used at the design of voltage controlled oscillator. ADS is used for the simulations and after implementation similar simulation results and performance measurements are achieved.
