In this study, the nationalization processes of the 20th Century. with the efforts of Hungary and Turkey, the two countries that performed in the century, to create national musical cultures, it will be tried to reveal the mutual interaction and contributions of Bartók and Saygun in this process. In the first part, music culture and Bartók in the Hungarian nationalization process will be examined, and in the second part, music culture and Saygun in the Turkish nationalization process will be examined.
In the third section, Bartók and Saygun's roles in the field of music in the process of nationalization in their own countries and the contributions of their compilation trips in Turkey to the musical universe on the way to nationalization of both countries will be examined.
In the fourth section, it will be tried find a hidden or open interaction between Bartók's Concerto for Orchestra and Saygun's Yunus Emre Oratorio.
