Doğum Öncesi ve Doğum Sonrası Dönemlerde Bebeklerin Evlerindeki Bina İçi Uçucu Organik Bileşiklerin Belirlenmesi
Abstract
Air quality monitoring was carried out at the infants homes in Ankara to collect data on the levels of indoor and ambient air constituents, to identify their potential sources. Sampling was conducted simultaneously indoors and outdoors at around 100 infant homes between April 2012-January 2014. The measurements were performed at four periods; 1. during the third three-master of pregnancy (-3-0), 2. when the babies were 3-6 months old, 3. when the babies were 12-14 months old, and 4. when the babies were 28-31 months old. During the sampling period’s temperature and humidity, CO2 and CO were measured. VOC samples were collected in Tenax TA sorbent filled tubes with active sampling method and analyzed with Thermal Desorber and Gas Chromatography/Mass spectrometry (TD-GC/MS). Higher VOC levels at the baby’s room relative to other indoor environments have been identified due to the less frequent ventilation habits at the baby’s room.
