Hochberg's GT2 Test was utilized to determine the source of the difference among groups. Pearson Correlation Coefficient was utilized to determine the relationship between variables. As a result of the research, it was concluded that transformational leadership behavior affects the perception of psychological contracts moderately. As a result of the research, teachers have relational, balanced, transitional, and operational psychological contract perceptions, respectively. According to these results, teachers who defined their managers as transformational leaders have a positive effect on the behavior of psychological contracts.
