Ev İçi Ortamlarında Pah Kirletici Düzeyinin Tespiti
Özet
The objective of this study is to determine the levels of PAH compounds which accumulate in indoor dusts in homes located at Ankara province and which have carcinogen and mutagen impacts. Within the scope of the study, 125 houses of pregnant women who volunteered for the study were visited for sampling and dust samples were collected from nurseries and living rooms and also from vacuum cleaners in those houses during two summer and one winter period. During the entire study, 403 dust samples were read in GC-MS device after being extracted by ultrasonic extraction method and PAH concentrations were determined in each sample. Seasonal evaluation and periodical comparison studies were conducted with the obtained results. The change observed in the PAH levels due to the physical characteristics of houses and the lifestyle habits was presented with ANOVA test and domestic and non-domestic sources of PAH s were determined by means of source defining PAH rates and factor analysis.
