Abstract
The detection of air purifier or air pollution is very important step to take necessary precautions to prevent infections. Nowadays, partical measuring and passive air sampling methods are widely used to detect air pollution in hospitals. In this thesis, active air sampler device design is presented. In active air sampling, each method has unique technical properties and it is important to decide which method will be used to obtain right decision according to sampling features. For these reasons, different designs were developed to find out suitable method, hitting speed, sampling volume and these designs were tested in hospital environment. Devices in the market place have the system of petri plates which contain nutrient medium placed into incubator for incubation after air crash on the nutrient medium. With the air sampler design, incubation process realized in the same system. Furthermore, camera system incubation processes.
