If it is necessary to express in a Foucauldian sense, it can be said that the relationship between power and time is an issue of production and reproduction. In this respect, time can be seen as a dispositif because it is governed, administered, and regulated by power relations. The uninterrupted establishment of power relations also implies the body that establish, disrupt and re-establish those relations. At this point, the power structures penetrate the body. Sexuality and colonialism become apparent as direct examples of the forms of this penetration. Technology, which stands out as a dispositif in terms of the bio-power that penetrates the body, is important both by giving reason to the changes in the perception of time and structuring a subjectivity through those changes. Temporalities in which bio-power could not penetrate in an absolute way, can be seen as potentials of resistance to power relations. Therefore, in the context of readings of biopolitics the issue of capitalism becomes visible through the relationship of technology and time. This study reveals the characteristics of time as a biopolitical dispositif through power, body, and technology.
