There are many words in the Turkish language that are used in the sense of "beautiful" and have survived to the present day. The word beautiful briefly means "pleasing to the eye and ear, admirable, opposite of ugly, good, pleasant, sweet". When we look at the periods of the Turkish language, it is seen that foreign words meaning "beautiful" have also entered our language. Words that lost the meaning of "beautiful" over time were also encountered. A concept is the abstract form of an object or thought in the mind. In this study, by looking at the periods and works of the Turkish language, first of all, the words meaning "beautiful" were determined. In the Introduction, there is an evaluation of the sources related to the concept of "beautiful" and the method used in the study. In the First Chapter, Turkish, Arabic and Persian words were determined by looking at the origins of the words based on the works examined.
