Recently, the different methods were developed for the fabrication of nanostructures, especially polymer nanofibers and application in bioengineering and tissue regeneration. Nanoscale images of polymer nanosystems and nanofibers are created by various fabrication methods such as polymer phase separation, photo- and E-beam-lithography, chemical vapor deposition, cetrifuge spinning (s-spun), electrospinning (e-spun) and etc. Among these methods, electrospinning is a simple, low cost, and effective technology to prepare polymer nanofibers. Polymer nanofibers fabricated by electrospun method are preferred because of their unique properties, such as high surface area-to-volume ratio, thin films, lighter weight, nanoscale fiber diameter and nanoporous surface morphology, as well as their widely medical applications. Biomedical field is one of the important application areas among others utilizing the electrospinning technology for various applications of polymer nanofibers like filtrationand protective materials, electrical and optical applications, sensors, and nanofibre reinforced composites.
