Gıs Tabanlı Bir Mamdani Bulanık Çıkarsama Aracının Geliştirimi ve Heyelan Duyarlılık Haritası Üretimine Uygulanması
Özet
To produce landslide susceptibility maps is a complex problem and, various statatistical approaches and soft computing methods have been employed to solve it. In literature, there are several fuzzy inference system application on the natural event modeling. It is too difficult to model landslide susceptibility maps by classical mathematics, and the mapping process includes expert based and contex specific assessment. Because of these characteristics, fuzzy inference systems come out as a method to produce landslide sussceptibiliy maps. However, it is thought that some factors such as knowledege required for modelling, necessity of more than one tool usage and especially complexity of the modeling tools blocks use of fuzzy inference systems to solve this problem. Act on this belief, GeoFIS which encapsulates some open source libraries and softwares and presents one platform is developed with the map visualization, fuzzy modeling and evaluation abilities.
