The social work profession is in close interaction with vulnerable groups and shaped in multidimensional social problems. Professionals practicing the profession try to find solutions to the problems of the groups they work with various intervention methods and professional skills. In this direction, the working environment of the social worker, the chronicity of the social problems in the intervention area, factors can increase stress levels. When the studies in the literature were examined, it was seen that stress and burnout are related. It is thought that there are factors that should be mentioned in terms of social work management. Social workers face intense emotional labor when working with vulnerable groups. It is understood that they have a risk in terms of vulnerability in this field, they need to use their skills to cope with stress frequently in the corporate climate, and they experience burnout from time to time due to all these factors. Within the scope of the research, 151 social workers working in the province of Istanbul were reached using the quantitative research design. Data were collected online through the Coping with Stress Scale, Maslach Burnout Scale, and Personal Information Form. "Independent Sample t-Test" was used to analyze the differences between the two groups, and the "One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA)" test was used for the differences between three or more groups. The relationships between the variables were evaluated with the "Pearson Correlation Analysis." Statistical analyzes were made in the IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 program available from the Hacettepe Library. The level of significance in the analysis was taken as 0.05. Among the critical findings encountered as a result of the research, social workers' coping styles with stress and their burnout levels in scale sub-dimensions, their income status, their taking on administrative duties etc., differ in terms of factors.
