The suffix {+CA}, which has appeared throughout the history of the Turkish language, is included in the inflectional suffixes in the Orkhon Inscriptions, which are accepted as the first written texts of Turkish, and is accepted as a state of equality. It is understood that the suffix is more likely to be a constructional suffix based on the changes in the historical processes and some criteria that the inflectional suffixes should have. It does not give an inflectional suffix features to the nouns to which it is added, but gives it the quality of adjectives and adverbs. Apart from the mentioned qualities, it is also used to create permanent names with dictionary value such as language name, place name, animal and plant names. With these functions, the {+CA} suffix acted as a constructive suffix in the historical processes of the Turkish language. The meaning it gives to the names it comes with as a suffix is not limited to equality. Other than the meaning of equality, according to the names, as, as, etc. adds meaning. It is accepted as one of the most commonly used suffixes of Turkish with its variety of meaning and usage. When it comes to Turkey Turkish, it is understood that it is used as a verb in the Turkishization of borrowed words and acts as a constructive suffix.
