Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the United Nations (UN) based international refugee regime by focusing on the 1951 Convention and 1967 Protocol relating to the Status ofRefugees and the implementations of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) from a post-structuralist perspective.
