| dc.description.abstract | The main aim of this dissertation is to carry out a comparative research on both Turkish and German elderly care models and applications in order to find out similarities and differences and to develop suggestions for a proper elderly care model and application system for the future in Turkey.As known, elderness is one of the problems which has an increasing importance in today societies. That s why, it is needed to carry out academic researches in order to not face with its negative consequences in our country. For this purpose, the study is designed to explain the research problem and its methodology at first. | dc.description.ozet | Bu tezin ana amacı, Türkiye ve Almanya daki yaşlı bakım hizmet model ve uygulamalarını karşılaştırmalı bir biçimde araştırarak; Türkiye de mevcut ve gelecekteki yaşlı bakım ve destek hizmetlerinin nasıl olması ve nasıl bir örgütlenmenin yapılmasına ilişkin bir yaşlı bakım modeline ilişkin öneri ve değerlendirmelerde bulunmaktır. Yaşlılık, günümüz toplumlarının her geçen gün etkisi artan en önemli sorunlardan birisi olarak gündemi meşgul etmiş bulunmaktadır. Bu nedenle, ülkemizde de sorunun olumsuz sonuçlara yol açmaması için akademik anlamda araştırılması gerekmiştir. | tr_TR |
