In our study, the proses of Bedri Rahmi Eyuboğlu, who come into prominence with his poet and painter identities in our art world, has been examined. In the first part of our study, which consists of two parts, by taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the wide basin in the definition of the concept of culture and based on the reflections of Bedri Rahmi Eyuboğlu's Anatolian impressions, the problems and needs identified in Anatolia by Bedri Rahmi Eyuboğlu, his views on Anatolia and folk culture/art, the evaluations he made about the city he saw as an element of culture by centering Istanbul and some cities abroad and his ideas about architecture and his views on Classical Turkish Music, which he considered as a powerful voice from the past, have been examined. In the second part, Bedri Rahmi Eyuboğlu's views in his proses, which track both the theoretical background and the reflections in the practical field of poetry, novel, painting, cinema and sculpture arts, are discussed. The aim of our study, in which we have established with a thematic approach, by taking as a source Bedri Rahmi Eyuboğlu's essays, letters and monographic works, is to determine which the endless trivets of the concept of culture Eyuboğlu chose and to find out what kind of atmosphere Eyuboğlu produces and to determine the thoughts of Eyuboğlu who went to show his principles in these arts - in other words his poetics – and to reveal the perspective of an artist, who has undoubtedly built his personality with the products he has created, to the other art branches. Our studies show that Bedri Rahmi Eyuboğlu defines the concept of culture based on geography, cities and the material/spiritual values keeping alive them, lifestyles and historical and aesthetic stances of architectural structures, and the rhythm of music that hosts culture.
