This artwork report tries to address the issues of the individual's pursuit of justice and social collapse, which are the subjects that Sergio De La Pava's novel "A Naked Singularity", in the light of the concepts of crime and desire to reach perfection.
The report consists of four parts in total. These can be read in conjunction with each other or evaluated separately. Chapter I examines the ascendant status of the mere existence of the body in historical, sociological and artistic contexts. In addition, the effects of the feeling of uncanny and traumatic and hysterical states on the body are also examined. Chapter 2 tries to deal with the body profile created by religion, culture and politics through thoughts and expressions in the social field. Issues such as masquerading and veiling have effects on the body within the framework of the new concepts of expression and belonging, which constitute the new law of the changes that society undergoes on the profile. Thus, the uncanny states were tried to be expressed linguistically and visually.
Chapter 3 deals with the new formations and bodily activism of the constant subconscious of the body regarding itself. It also examines it with its visual form. The current body profile displays a situation that has not been detached from the remnants of the past, has become whatever has been progressed and shaped by the subconscious. All of these are dealt with in relation to both social and political expressions that the characters in Pava's novel are exposed to. 4th and final chapter deals with the conclusion of the relationships between events and situations examined in the context of the artwork report. The section constitutes the conclusion to the unchanging profile of the past, present and future destiny of the body.
