This study interprets key aspects of Stirner s thought such as the concepts of the human and the unique one, in a framework varying from Hegelian philosophy to poststructuralism. The major conceptual and methodological framework of Stirner s thought is introduced in the first chapter of the study. The second chapter stresses on the theoretical framework of the debate on the human and the unique one. The third chapter of the study focuses on both the critique of Stirner s thought by Feuerbach and Marx and Engels, and the influence of Stirner on anarchism and poststructuralism.
