Sağlık Sisteminde Dış Kaynaklardan Yararlanma: T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı Hastaneleri'nde Dış Kaynaklardan Yararlanma Uygulamalarının Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

It is accepted that outsourcing in the healthcare system has been gradually expanded and reached to a significant financial size in production management process since 1990s in Turkey. The primary aim of the study is to conduct a theoretical assessment on outsourcing at the hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Health in Turkey, to identify the achieved financial size, and to present evaluation by the sector managers on outsourcing wıth regards to the sectoral performance. In addition, the study aims at presenting the financial size achieved by the outsourcing practices within the healthcare system in Turkey. The survey universe is consisted of the hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Health and the head physicians and hospital managers of these hospitals in Turkey.
