Stokastik Talep Durumunda Çok Ürünlü Üretim Sistemlerinde Kural Tabanlı Çizelgeleme : Alüminyum Sektör
Abstract
Rule-Basedcheduling is one of the essential problems of a manufacturing enterprise organization. An enterprise has to prepare a program to be followed step-by-step to maintain its life and to achieve its ends. In fact, scheduling is an essential requirement showing how and through which ways an intended end is to be reached. In today’s world, where production planning is of high importance, how the optimization study is to be carried out best through scheduling would be discussedin this thesis by addressing the production planning of an aluminum factory. Current production system of the factory, planning methods that may be used on a more suitable scale as well as operation processes will be discussed and a planning method suitable to the conditions of the company will be determined by comparing obtained results. The purpose of this study is to deliver orders to the customers on time and to model the ordering method so as to minimize the time lost during the production process and the cost by taking into account the orders, setup cost, and time. This method is intended to be applied under the single machine –multi item hypothesis. The data have been prepared based on the orders of the company in a single year. Since there are too many products, products with a high rate of order are determined through ABC method. Using @RISK program, with Poisson distribution, the amount of order for a given product in a given period of time is determined. Maximum and minimum values of daily number and amount of order for each product are determined through Poisson uniform distribution. A simulation is prepared by modeling treated data based on Python.
