Türkiye'deki Rüzgar Enerji Santrallerinin (RES) Göreli Etkinliklerinin Veri Zarflama Analizi (VZA) İle Ölçümü
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to calculate relative efficiency of Wind Generation located in Turkey by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Official data used for this study were provided from General Diroctorate of Renewable Energy and Turkish Wind Energy Association were used. When location capacity factor and wind speed were used together with installation and connection costs of generation units, as input data, meter capacity factor and feed-in-tariff mechanism or spot market income had been evaluated. This study, in which worked with available maximum sensitivity,is diferent from other studies by input and output variables. The findings of the study show that there are some problems with respect to the efficient operation for most of the Wind Generation Capacity, with different installation, connection costs, capacity, and generation values. Moreover, it is not possible to conclude that generation with higher capacity usage rate is always the most efficient generation unit.
