Geçiş Ekonomilerinde Reform Sürecinin Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

In this study, the transition process of transition economies from socialist centrallyplanning to free market economy is evaluated. The aim of this study is to analyse thetransition reform and to define the most appropriate strategy, reform package andeconomic approach for transitional reform by taking a lesson from the transitionexperiences in the last quarter of a century in transition economies. With this purpose inmind, reform strategies and policy packages which are recommended to transitioneconomies are addressed, a wide analysis was done on reforms of transition countriesand their results, their performances and the recent circumstances.
