Helsinki Initiative On Multilingualism In Scholarly Communication

Abstract

The scholarly communication infrastructure in national languages is fragile and scientific production in these languages must be supported. The Helsinki Initiative aims to support scientific production in all languages and offers several recommendations for leaders, universities, research institutions, funders, libraries and researchers.
