In this study, patient registration forms were examined to evaluate the activities of the air ambulance affiliated with Çanakkale 112 Provincial Ambulance Service Chief Physician between 01.09.200931.12.2018. The universe of the study consists of registration forms between 01.09.2009-31.12.2018 belonging to the air ambulance affiliated to Çanakkale 112 Provincial Ambulance Service Chief Physician. In accordance with the purpose of the research, the patient registration form, which was filled by helicopter ambulance, was rearranged. Necessary information was transferred to the revised registration form by the assistant researcher. To examine the activities, both electronic database and archive were examined. SPSS 22.0 package program and Microsoft Excel were used to analyze the data of the research. During the analysis, descriptive statistics, chi-square test and one-way anova test were performed. In the study, 2452 registration forms were examined. Helicopter ambulance is mostly assigned for inter-hospital transport (n=2169, 88.4%). The number of patients transported by helicopter ambulance was found to be 2283. Most of the patients transported by helicopter ambulance (n=2283) are men (n=1501, 65.7%). 98.9% (n=2259) of the age-related information of the patients transported by helicopter ambulance (n=2283) was reached. Patients transported by helicopter ambulance were found in the age range of 18-64 with a maximum of 52.5% (n=1187). It is seen that there is information about the district and the province where 98% of all the tasks assigned to the helicopter ambulance (n = 2411) are assigned. The helicopter was assigned to Gökçeada / Çanakkale (n = 791, 32.8%) as the district where the ambulance was assigned, and to Çanakkale (n = 2323, 96.4%) as the province. Helicopter ambulance is mostly on Thursdays (n = 410, 16.7%), in July (n = 332, 13.5%), most in 2016 (n = 417, 17.0%).
