Manyetik Polioksometalat-Tabakalı Çift Hidroksit Nano-Kompozitinin Hazırlanması ve Katalitik Aktivitesinin İncelenmesi
Abstract
In this study, presented as a MSc thesis, magnetic core meta-tungstate intercalated layered double hydroxide shell, hybrid nano composite catalyst was prepared. Firstly M(II)M(III)-NO3 LDHs were synthesized with coprecipitation method and then meta-tungstate anions, were incorporated into LDH layers by ion exchange, finally LDH shells were supported on to magnesium ferrite magnetic cores. Chemical compositions of the products were determined by elemental analysis. Structural characterizations of the products were investigated by PXRD, FTIR, VSM, TGA, BET and Zeta Potential measurements. Morphological analysis were performed with the help of the SEM, TEM microscopical techniques and SAED patterns. Catalytic activity of these materials were examined for epoxidation of cyclooctene reaction. Conversion values were determined with GC-MS. Reaction time, amount of catalyst used and temperature effect were also investigated.
