Patateste (Solanum Tuberosum L.) In Vitro Mikrotuberizasyon Üzerine Jasmonik Asit-Giberellik Asit Etkileşiminin Araştırılması
Abstract
Today, commercial potato production is mostly made in vegetatif way by using seed tubers (microtuber). The physiological mechanism and hormonal relations which determine the tuber growth and formation of potato is not clearly defined. In this study, the effect of explant planting type (horizontal or vertical), medium type (solid or two-phase), photoperiod (short day or darkness) and the addition of agar (%0.5 or %0.7), JA (0.0, 10 ng l, 1 µg l and 0.2 mg l), GA3 (0.0 and 0.2 mg l) and AC (0 and %0.2) and the relationship of eachother was investigated on in vitro microtuberization in Solanum tuberosum L. cv. Marfona. Study has actualized as 4 main steps; shoot formation of the tubers of S. tuberosum, in vitro shoot-tip culture, micropropagation and microtuberization.
