Ders Araştırması Modeli Bağlamında Ortaokul Matematik Öğretmenlerinin Öğretim Faaliyetlerine Yönelik Grup Temelli Özdüzenlemelerinin İncelenmesi
Abstract
In this study, it was aimed to examine middle school mathematics teachers’ preparation and reflection activities for teaching mathematics that they performed as a group in the Lesson Study practices. The single case study design, which is a qualitative research design, was adopted for this study. Three middle school mathematics teachers who had been working in two different schools in Uşak province were included in the study. The snowball sampling method was used to select participants. In the study, three study lesson practices, each of which were implemented by different teachers, were carried out. Data were collected during these practices lasting for about 5 months. Observation, interview, and document review methods were used to collect data. Results showed that in the preparation processes, teachers were especially struggled with maintaining activities of setting goals and determining criteria for success.
