Ampute Futbolcularda F‐11 + Programının Fiziksel Uygunluk Düzeyine Etkisi
Özet
The study is performed to investigate whether F-11+ program has an impact on the physical fitness of football players or not. 24 amputee football players who are playing in the Turkish Super Leage and between 16-45 years of age were the participants of the study. 12 amputees were assigned as the control group while the training group were consisted of other 12 amputees. When the test results were evaluated for body composition, muscle strenght and endurance, 12 minutes Cooper run-walk, vertical jump, speed and balance tests eyes closed on rigid flooring and standing on one leg on soft flooring; statistically important differences were found between initial and final test data (p<0.05). According to the balance test results when eyes open on rigid flooring and eyes closed on soft flooring, there wasn't any important difference between the amputees of training group (p>0.05). Statistically important differences were found between the first and last test results of chest, midaxillar, thigh region fat thickness, trunk flexion strength, waist-hip circumferential measurements, vertical jump test and balance test eyes closed on soft flooring (p<0,05). There wasn 't statistical differences except this parameters in the control group (p>0,05). Training group showed an important diminish when the difference values were compared in body mass index, body fat proportion, waist-hip circumferential measurements, body fat thickness of the body except triceps and speed tests (p<0,05) in between the groups. When the difference values of training group were compared to cotrols, statistically important improvement was found in muscle strength and endurance, anaerobic power and balance with eyes closed on rigid floor and eyes open on soft flor (p<0,05). There weren't any statistical differences while cardiovascular endurance and difference values of pre and post balance test were compared (p>0,05). Statistically important differences were found in the comparison of pre and post values of initial tests in chest, midaxillary and thigh region fat thickness, trunk flexor muscle strength, quadriceps femoris muscle endurance, speed tests and eyes closed balance test on rigid flor (p<0,05) while there weren't any differences between the results of final tests (p>0,05). Consequently it was found that F-11+ training program has an effect on improving the physical fitness level and performance of amputee football players. F-11+ training program will be very beneficial to advice the amputee football players, professionals working with the players and the related sports foundations who haven't regular training programs.
