Psikoterapinin Yarıda Bırakılması (PYB) Ve Terapötik İttifakın Niteliksel Olarak İncelenmesi: Seans İçi Hasta-Terapist Etkileşimleri İle PYB’yi Öngörebilmek Mümkün Mü?
Abstract
Therapeutic alliance has three different but interactive elements. Patient and therapist negotiate these in a collaborative manner: agreement on goals, collaboration and consensus on tasks, and establishment of the bond. One of the most researched and consisted finding in the psychotherapy research literature is that therapeutic alliance is a robust predictor of outcome (Horvath, Del Re, Flückiger, Symonds, 2011). After decades of researching therapeutic alliance and therapy outcome relationship, now, the second generation of therapeutic alliance research has begun (Safran, Muran, Samstag, Stevens, 2002). In this research era, studies focus on how to establish and improve alliance, processes those underlie alliance ruptures, and repairing the alliance ruptures.Dropout is a clinical phenomenon that has long been discussed and can be operationalized based on missed appointments. It is a negative process for the different accounts like patients, health care providers and society.
