The core of this research consists of the thematic, formal, and harmonic analysis of Alexander Scriabin's "5 Preludes Op.16 No.4" and Alexandre Tansman's "Variationes sur un theme de Scriabine." The "Introduction" section provides information about the pieces under examination, the composers, and the history of classical guitar repertoire. The "Conceptual Framework" section offers detailed information about the composers and their lives. Subsequently, in order to provide guidance during the examination of the works to be analyzed, information is given about musical terms and analysis methods that can assist in the analysis process. The "Method" section outlines the methods that will be employed during the analysis of the chosen works. In the "Findings and Interpretations" section, the thematic and formal analysis of Scriabin's "Prelude Op.16 No.4" is presented initially, followed by the harmonic analysis with the aid of visual representations. Subsequently, a comparative thematic and formal analysis of Tansman's "Variationes sur un theme de Scriabine" in relation to Scriabin's "Prelude Op.16 No.4" is conducted. Following the comparative thematic and formal analysis of Tansman's work, the harmonic analysis of the piece is carried out, accompanied by visual aids. Finally, in the "Conclusion" section of the research, the conclusions reached in line with the findings obtained from the analyzed works are stated in items and suggestions are presented.
