This study aims to determine the ideas, views and suggestions of managerial personnel working in governmental and local administration, non-governmental organizations and private agencies in the field of social services and social assistance. The study which uses general screening model covers the target population from Ankara General Directorate of the Ministry of Family and Social Policy besides the social work agencies under the Ankara General Directorate of the Ministry of Family and Social Policy which are located within the administrative limits of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.
