Abstract
Job satisfaction and burnout in human resources management are the ones of important work psychology issues. It is important to research the levels of job satisfaction and burnout of human resources especially physicians, nurses and other health personnel in health sector. Although some studies were about job satisfaction and burnout of health personnel, there are limited studies on the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout in Turkish Health System especially Turkish Military Health System.
