Appropriate technological system selection, aplication and adoption process for health corporations are under the influence of different individual and organizational factors. This study aims to determine individiul and organizational factors that are more likely to effect technology use which takes a large share in the industry of health care. This research is conducted among hospital administrators which work in hospitals affiliated Turkish Public Hospitals Institution Association of Public Hospital. The research data was collected with online survey instrument. Study includes descriptive finds belonging administrators and organizations and inferential finds for hypothesis tests. It is found that there is a statistically significant relationship between individual factors like age, gender, to receive training about information technologies and organizational factors like outsourcing, location, bed size, and attitude of health information technologies.
