In this work, prepared as a master's thesis, the issue regarding concerted action from anti-competitive behaviors that took place in the 4th article, of the Turkish Competition Act is examined. The purpose of this work is to reveal and evaluate the current developments regarding violations of the type of concerted actions that are open to change, and improvements in comparison to other anti-competitive behaviors. As a matter of fact, since competition law is a dynamic field and technology is developing at an unbelievable speed, also behaviors that can be accepted as concerted action are changed and diversified at the same speed. In this context, the definition of concerted practice, elements of which they consist, behaviors that can be regarded as concerted action, recent developments concerning proof issues and especially the applications of case laws developed in the light of Competition Authority decisions in Turkish law are examined.
