Abstract

This report consists of four sections.Section one emphasizes the relations between human and animals in mythology. The study in this section focuses on the environmental and cultural effects on perception of animals by humans and its visual interpretation.Section two inspects the same topic from the point of human consciousness that has evolved as a result of recent advancements in science and technology. The differences that are evident as a result of more dominating human presence in the modern world are shown with comparative examples from the past. The study additionally captures the investigation of animals that have been biologically altered using latest scientific methodologies.Section three consists of a research on the artists that have covered animal metamorphosis in the history of art, along with their respective samples.
