Abstract

The pursuit of spirituality and religionization as a result of such pursuit increasingly stands out as a prominent tendency. However, such tendency towards religionization, which can be recognized as an offspring of modernity, has no apparent relationship to turning towards any institutionalized religion or Islam. It is a process through which religious elements are incorporated into daily life and establish a notable presence in the worldview of individuals. The individual no more forms his her views regarding the world and existence based on the representation of a single ideology or religious view and is easily able to integrate rather religious elements into a secular life style.
