Abstract
Tourism is one of the most important sectors in a globalizing world but also in terms of women's entrepreneurship and employment of women in the various socio-cultural and economic advantahes of the ground an offering of nature. Deemed to have unlimited resources is especially the traditional 3-S (sea, sun, sand) tourism paradigm discussed in the last ten to fifteen year period has increased interest in alternative tourism. Contrary to the traditional paradigm of tourism, alternative torusim, natural, environmental and cultural resources are limited and who put forward their enrichment in a "sustainable form". Alternative tourism (sustainable tourism) is one of the most important emphasis of the employment of local people in tourism activities in the region and the tourism industry is to benefit from the advantages. The authentic traditions of the local population for the tourism sector ise another important element in the conversion of tourist services and products. This is a conflict with the local people and theenvironment and the sector passes the tourists. In this context, as a sustainable tourism destination in the district of Ankara Beypazaı, female workers are employed in the tourism sector and women entrepreneurs who set up their loom or the organizationof the interwieved women's entrepreneurship and employment in tourism and its impact on gender roles are discussed
