Özet
Abstract This study aims to discuss the development processes of the records management programs. In this context, the analyses of the legal and administrative conditions are evaluated. The legal regulations that affect or determine records procedures in Turkish public institutions are examined. In addition, the results of the legal analyses that have been realized in the public universities and Hacettepe University as part of the development processes of the records management program studies are evaluated.
